This page tells potential suppliers what is involved in supplying the TSAG Strategic Research Programme. At this stage we are looking to develop our supplier database. We then intend to invite selected suppliers to bid for individual applications/projects over the next few years which will vary in scope and size. Below is a link to a spreadsheet describing the applications/projects (see document 2).
A Brief Introduction to the RSSB Supply Chain Department outlines who we, Supply Chain, are and what methods we use to source requirements.

Instructions – How do I get Involved?
If you would like to be considered as a potential supplier, the following documents need to be completed and returned to procurement@rssb.co.uk
-
NOTE: TO OPEN FILES, RIGHT CLICK YOUR MOUSE OVER THE DOCUMENT AND 'SAVE TARGET AS' A DOCUMENT ON YOUR DRIVE AND THEN SELECT 'OPEN'
Document 1: Pre - qualification questionnaire that provides background details on your organisation. Please complete this even if you are an existing supplier to RSSB to ensure that we have up to date and comprehensive records. If you are a university please tick any boxes that apply in section 2.1 as well as stating UNIVERSITY.
Document 2: This spreadsheet describes the individual applications/projects in which you are asked to describe your competencies, highlighting the value you could add.
- For individual applications/projects, potential suppliers are welcome to indicate how they would add value to the entire, or part of, the applications/projects.
Suppliers are recommended to read the frequently asked questions before submitting documents one and two.
The completed pre-qualification questionnaire (document1) and the spreadsheet (document 2) can be submitted at any time; however the sooner we receive them, the quicker you can be added to our database – procurement activity has already started!
Please note: pre-qualified suppliers may not necessarily be invited to tender for projects they have identified on the application competency spreadsheet. It is RSSB’s policy to ensure all suppliers have an equal and fair opportunity to win work.
